A stipple-engraved wine glass by David Wolff, circa 1780

The large ovoid bowl with delicate stipple engraving of a pastoral landscape featuring a milkmaid milking a cow, a farm hand carrying a yoke with two pails, and other labourers at work, one behind a plough, inscribed around the rim 'ZEE, VEE. EN LANDBOUW.', on a hexagonal faceted stem and plain conical foot, 15.8cm high
