A bronze okimono figure of a boy and puppy

By Gyokusui, Meiji Period
The former standing barefoot and affectionately holding his puppy by its forepaws as it clambers over the boy's shoulders, signed in sosho script within a oval reserve Gyokusui. 46cm (18 1/8in) high.
