Mino-Goto School, late 18th/early 19th century
The first of oval form, elaborately carved with swirling clouds and inlaid with two dragons in gilt takazogan, unsigned, 7.3cm (2 7/8in); the second of mokko form, with gilt nanako mimi, bearing a nanako ground and inlaid with large insects among autumn plants, in gilt metal, silver and copper takazogan, unsigned, 7.3cm (2 7/8in); with two wood storage boxes.
