Each of typical form, the first with medium sugu-ba of nioi tight mokume-hada and bo-hi to either side, the ubu nakago with two mekugi-ana, signed Shibata shi, the blade 24.1cm (9½in); in shirazaya; the second in a black lacqurer saya and woven rattan tsuka, unsigned, the blade 16.5cm (6½in); with silk bags. (4).
