The blade of typical form, with sugu-ba of nie and itame-hada, a single hi on the flat side, the nakago bears one mekugi-ana, signed Masatsugu; with a red lacquered ribbed tsuka with simple iron fittings.
The blade 66.4cm (26 1/8in); total length with nakago 124cm (48¾in). (2).
