The blade of hirazukuri form, regular choji-ha of nie and distinct mokume-hada, pierced with dragon and ken horimono, the ubu nakago with two overlapping mekugi-ana, unsigned; in shirazaya with gilt-metal and shakudo habaki; koshirae: the saya of black ishime lacquer with polished bands, lacquered and inlaid with a mirror and magatama in gold takamakie and glazed ceramic; the fuchi-gashira, kurikata and kojiri of shakudo ishime with gilt rims; the kozuka and kogai of gilt nanako, the kozuka with a relief design of a scene from the Genji monogatari, the kogai with deer and autumn plants, signed Goto [..]jo with kao, the silver and shakudo menuki each in the form of Hotei leaning on his sack; with fabric bag.
