Attributed to Kanetomo, Muromachi Period, 15th century
The blade of hirazukuri form, gunome-ha of nioi and itame-hada, with a single narrow hi to one side and a double hi to the other, the nakago with a broad hi, unsigned; in shirazaya; koshirae: red lacquer saya and brass fittings chased with karakusa; each with fabric bag.
The blade 30cm (11¾in) long. (6).
