The roiro ground decorated in shades of gold lacquer togidashi with pavilions set among pine trees by a stream in a mountainous landscape, a cascading waterfall on the reverse and the twelve animals of the zodiac inlaid on both sides in gold, shakudo, shibuichi and bronze takazogan, the interior of nashiji, unsigned. 8cm (3 1/8in) high.
