A Remington New Model army percussion revolver

Octagonal steel 8 inch .44 caliber barrel stamped Patented Sept. 14, 1858/E. Remington & Sons, Ilion, New York U.S.A./New Model. Iron frame and gripstraps. Brass triggerguard stamped M. Two piece walnut grips with center screw.
Condition: Good. Brown pitted patina with dents and marks from use; no traces of finish. Missing one nipple and a few others marred. Action functions well; lands of bore worn. Markings clear; brass polished with some dents. Grips worn at corners with finish gone and scattered dents and scratches.
