A U.S. Naval officer's sword
20th century

Straight 30 inch blade with 16 inch panel etched with conventional motifs and marked Made in USA. Brass hilt of standard pattern, the grip wrapped with white shagreen and brass wire. Leather scabbard with brass mounts. With cloth bag marked for B. Pasquale & Company of San Francisco.
Condition: Blade fine. Hilt and scabbard mounts polished bright. Scabbard leather with some scuffing.
