A model of the sailing ship Herzogin Cecile
early 20th century

built up in lifts, painted with a red bottom, green waterline and white topsides, carved and painted figurehead, the decks in mahogany veneers with scored planking, fitted with pin and fife rails, anchor davit, capstan, anchor, bollards, ladders, deck railings, cat walks, ship's boats on deck house and davits, ventilators, wheels and binnacles, deck winches and other details. Rigged with a bowsprit and four masts, spars, standing and running rigging, and other rigging details.
