Over 80 pp. 10½ x 8 inches, loose leaf having one staple.

This is a page update issued for the Apollo Operations Handbook. Page layout consists of the astronaut station location, exact procedure, which spacecraft panel to perform this procedure, and general remarks about the procedure. Several pages have a flow-chart diagrams providing an overview of trouble shooting steps for various systems. These include Guidance and Navigation, the Service Propulsion System, and several attitude control type pressurization problem diagrams.
