ARMSTRONG DESCENDS THE LADDER—SIGNED.

Black and white photograph, 8 x 10 inches.

ARMSTRONG CLIMBS DOWN THE LADDER FROM EAGLE TO THE LUNAR SURFACE. An image from the telecast by the Apollo 11 lunar surface camera, mounted on the descent stage of the lunar module Eagle. The black bar running through the center of the picture is an anomaly in the television ground data system at the Goldstone Tracking Station.
SIGNED by NEIL ARMSTRONG with "Apollo 11." Signed examples of this image are extremely rare, and much less frequently seen than white space suit portraits.
