GINSBERG, ALLEN. 1926-1997.

Autograph Poem Signed ("Allen Ginsberg"), "On Neal Cassidy's [sic] Ashes," January 21, 1971, on verso of a typed letter to Ginsberg, with a five line note signed ("Allen G.") at the foot of the letter.

Ginsberg graciously responds to a request by Bucknell undergraduate Larry Diefenbach for material to include in an exhibit titled "Allen Ginsberg - Profile of a Poet." Ginsberg copies out his elegiac poem for Cassady, which he dates at the bottom "June 1968," and adds a drawing of his three fish logo.
