4to. Printed in black and red. Full-page woodcut frontispiece, facing page with full woodcut border; numerous 6- to 10-line woodcut initials. Original full vellum, spine gilt-lettered, all edges gilt, two ribbon ties. Ties partially lacking, offset from morocco bookplates to f.f.e., two leaves lightly foxed; near fine.
Provenance: Philip Hanson Hiss (green morocco bookplate); Leroy Arthur Sugarman (red morocco book label).
