2 volumes in one. Thick 4to (270 x 200 mm). Additional letterpress prize presentation accomplished in manuscript bound in. Period mottled prize calf, covers gilt with device incorporating arms of the city of Haarlem. Without half-title, extremities lightly rubbed.
