Folio (312 x 213 mm). a-y8 z6 A-M6 N-T8. Double column, gothic type. Title within architectural border, historiated initials. Period half-pigskin over wooden boards, remnants of clasps. Minor fingersoiling, long repaired tear to c3, last 14 leaves supplied from another copy and with some corner repairs, spine painted over, portion of wood of lower cover broken off.

Fifth edition. Not in Adams.
