4to (198 x 152 mm). *4 A-Y4. [8], 175 pp. 16 engraved plates (4 folding). Old vellum over boards, morocco lettering piece. Browning, folding plates mounted (3 with small losses), stray mark to cover, light wear and soiling to binding.
Provenance: the estate of a New England collector.

Scarce work on gladiators.
