2 volumes in 1. Folio (299 x 207 mm). A810 A-B8 C-D6 A-S8 T10; A-2G8. Woodcut on titles. Period limp vellum, manuscript spine titles, cover ties. Wrinkling to title and first few leaves, scattered foxing and some toning, some wrinklilng to vellum and old sewn repair to inner flap of rear cover.
Provenance: Lopez (period inscription to title and dedication, period marginalia and underlining throughout); Berndardine Murphy (bookplate).

Early edition of this expansive Latin text on Spanish jurisprudence, first published in Salamanca in 1589. Wilkinson 10131.
