Four tinned copper Plates
India, 19th Century

each of shallow rounded form; the first with wide everted rim bearing three circular engraved dots; the second with scalloped rim, the centre engraved with quadrupeds and birds in a medallion with boteh motifs on four sides and a further narrow border of interlocking diamond forms; the third with wide everted rim and concentric mouldings; the fourth with wide everted rim bearing engraved decoration comprising medallions, gourd and oblong forms
