Arabic manuscript on paper, 37 lines to the page written in divani script in black ink, signatures of witnesses at the end of the text, seal impressions, inscription above the text states that the document was copied by Abu'l-Barakat 'Abul-Rahman in al-Salihiyya, creased, in mount, 375 x 150 mm.; a legal document issued by Judge Nur-ad-Din 'Ali bin 'Ali al-Za'tani, of the al-Azhar Mosque, concerning the daughters of al-Shaykh Ahmad al-Shahabi, Ottoman, al-Salihiyya, Cairo, dated 9th Shawwal 1103/24th June 1692, Arabic manuscript on paper, 21 lines to the page written in divani script in black ink, names and signatures of witnesses at the end of the text, name of the Salihiyya court above the text, creased, in mount, 392 x 155 mm.; a legal document relating to endowments and concerning the three brothers Mustafa, Muhammad and Mahmud, children of the late Salah Effendi al-Dasuqi, Ottoman, Damascus, dated 23rd Muharram 1247/4th July 1831, Arabic manuscript on paper, 15 lines of text written in divani script in black ink, numerous witness names at end of text, name and seal impression of the judge Muhammad 'Atef above the text, in mount
