Arabic manuscript on paper, 53 leaves, approximately 27 lines to the page written in maghribi script in brown ink in more than one hand, catchwords, title, significant sentences and words written in bolder script or picked out in red and green, numerous diagrams, corners rather rubbed, some waterstaining restricted to outer margins, later brown morocco with stamped central medallions, 205 x 149 mm.; and a compilation of various works including Mukhtasar sirat Rasul Allah (Life of the Prophet) and on hadith (Sayings of the Prophet), North Africa, 18th Century (one dated AH 1146/AD 1733-34), Arabic manuscript on paper, 21 leaves, text written in maghribi script in brown ink in more than one hand, edges frayed, browned, waterstaining, brown morocco with paper covers, stained and worn

The author of part of this work is the same as lot [94494809 / 15]. The first title, Sharh Kitab al-Dhururi fi 'ilm hisab wa qismat al-mawarith, is a treatise on arithmetic and inheritance. It is known that al-Qalasadi wrote a commentary on a treatise on inheritance by Ibn Sharran which could be related to this manuscript. For this author see B. A. Rosenfeld & E.
