Arabic manuscript on paper, 51 leaves, approximately 21 lines to the page written in clear nasta'liq script in black ink, headings and significant words picked out in red, catchwords, occasional commentaries in wide outer margins, in good condition, colophon states that this manuscript was completed in Muharram 1004/1595-96 by Salah-ad-Din al-Sindi al-Makki al-Madani under the dome of the holy Zamzam well, near to al-Qa'ba in Mecca, modern aubergine colour leather binding
200 x 116 mm.
