of rectangular and concave form with pointed arched top, incised and decorated in cobalt blue, turquoise and white with a palmette and a flowerhead flanked by foliate motifs
30 cm. high x 18cm. wide

This muqarna is similar to those in the Mausoleum of Shad-e Mulk Aqa constructed between 1371 and 1383 in Samarkand as illustrated in Jean Soustiel and Yves Porter, Tombs of Paradise, Saint-Remy-en-L'Eau 2003, p. 93.
