of rectangular form, painted with gouache on cloth depicting two rows of cowherds with Holi water pumps (pichkaris) and gopis armed with coloured water balloons standing on either side of a swing, possibly intended for Krishna, suspended from an arch with palm trees on top of its columns, the foreground with a pair of garlanded cows facing the swing, the background with deities seated in peacock vahanas, showering blessings, between flowering trees flanked by pairs of parrots, a peacock at either end, sun and crescent moon to right and left corners, floral borders on three sides, on stretcher
