in the form of an arch, set with freshwater pearls and rubies framing an oval lapis stone surrounded by a gold openwork lattice pattern, the pedestal with a horizontal row of emerald beads with crescent shaped gold terminals, the base with alternating rubies and pearls terminating in gold finials, rectangular suspension loop above, the reverse plain gold
