Five or six line inscription:
[...the Amir Isaqh/ ibin 'Issa Hafs (?)/... wafin 'ala/ [yaday... ]
"[...] the Amir Isaqh/ b. Issa Hafiz(?)/ full-weight at the/ hands of [...]"

The reading of the third line is problematic: it could be a double name: "Issa Hafs? In this case there is not much room before wafin at the next line for the content denomination. Could it be some kind of measure? Hafis is also a kind of bag.
