A fine pair of 'chrysanthemum' jade bowls
Qing dynasty
Each finely and delicately worked in the form of a deep rounded bowl with steep sides flaring at the rim, the exterior worked with concentric bands of petals extending from the cross-hatched centre on the base, interrupted by a broad frieze of intricate stylised lotus sprays with loose leafy scrolls, the interior intricately worked with two additional stems of flowering branches, all rising from a lobed chrysanthemum petal foot and mouthrim, the stone of semi-translucent olive green colour.

清 痕都斯坦式青玉雕菊瓣蓮花紋盌一對
玉質清碧色，薄透而光澤，可見細小白色斑點。器壁薄如紙，微透明，菊花辦形敞口，深腹壁，菊花形圈足，足底有花蕊及雙重花瓣。腹壁內側近口沿處淺浮雕對稱梅花兩隻，腹壁外側雕纏枝蓮紋，盌內簡練的梅枝於與外壁繁複的纏枝紋形成鮮明對比，別具巧思。
此對玉盌來自美國科羅拉多藝術中心，後於1986年9月25-26日紐約蘇富比拍出，拍品編號190，翌年於洛杉磯The Jade Collector收購最後傳到斯塔克收藏當中。在清宮玉器生產取得成就同時，痕都斯坦玉器也猶如異軍突起，進入清代宮廷，收到皇上讚譽。而此類薄胎玉器的雕琢工藝，便是深受痕都斯坦玉器的影響下的產物。參見香港敏求精舍長青館藏一件清乾隆白玉菊瓣蓋盞，著錄於香港藝術館編，《博古存珍：敏求精舍金禧年紀念展》，香港，2010年，頁358，編號212，其胎壁薄而透，亦屬於同類作品。
