With sharply tapering blade of stiff diamond section with moulded ricasso, hilt with short upbent quillons each with monster-head terminal, and grip pierced and chiselled in the round as a kneeling monkey supporting a standing monkey on his head, both covering its ears with its hands (minor pitting)
