Of iron and in excavated condition, the double-edged blade with medial ridge along both sides and hooked projection on each side at the forte, integral hilt with downcurved guard, slender flat bar at the base of the tang, the latter with domed finial, and rectangular grip retaining its transverse rivets for grips
