10th To 17th Century

In excavated condition and of copper-alloy or iron, comprising an Anglo-Saxon clasp thought to be from an archer's bracer; a Saxon 'girdle hanger' with punched decoration; a Viking bronze belt end mount with incised decoration; an arrow-head thought to be Norman; five other arrow-heads each of sharply-pointed pyramidal form; and various other items including an early 17th century sword hanger mount and various minor elements of mail (a lot)

The hanger mount and elements of mail are believed to have been found in the Thames at St. Saviours Dock, Southwark
