Massy, London. An early 18th century silver pair case repeating pocket watch
Circa 1720
Full plate fusee verge movement with pierced and engraved winged balance cock, silver regulation, Egyptian pillars, two steel hammers striking on a bell, champlevé dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic five minute divisions, signed centre with embossed lion and unicorn motif, polished silver case with pierced and engraved sides, plunge repeat via the bow, outer silver case with pierced and engraved case band, squared five piece hinge, dial and movement signed 57mm.
