Andrew Dunlop. An early 18th century silver pair case calendar pocket watch
No.946, Circa 1701
Verge movement with pierced and engraved winged balance cock, silver regulation, large Egyptian pillars, silver embossed dial with Roman hour numerals and outer five minute chapter, signed centre with engraved leaves flanking the calendar aperture at the centre, polished silver case numbered 946 and stamped I.W for John Ward, outer polished silver case also numbered 946 and stamped I.W, with squared 7-piece hinge, dial and movement signed 57mm.
