Joseph Duke(I). A fine late 17th century silver pair case alarm pocket watch with matched earlier case

Signed fusee verge movement with decorative blued steel and engraved alarm barrel, polished steel hammer striking on a bell, silver regulation, pierced and engraved balance cock, tulip pillars, silver dial with engraved Roman hour chapter and decorative fleur-de-Lys between, central rotating Arabic alarm disc, later steel hand, heavy pierced and engraved case with intricately and beautifully engraved foliate back with flying birds, movement signed 51mm.
