Ellicott. A fine late 18th century 18ct gold open face pocket
London 5139, London Hallmark for 1790
Full plate gilt brass movement with cylinder escapement, pierced and engraved balance cock, silver regulation, diamond end stone, Ellicott pillars, enamel dial with black Roman numerals and outer five minute divisions, gilt Perigal style hands, gilt cap with maker's fleur-de-lys stamp, movement signed and numbered 49mm.
