C.H. Meylan, Brassus. A late 19th century 14ct gold open face keyless wind split seconds chronograph pocket watch
Circa 1890
Swiss straight line lever movement jewelled to the centre, swan neck regulation, nickel finish chronograph work, enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and outer chronograph seconds with red numerals, subsidiary dials for running seconds and 60 minute recording, gold decorative hands, blued steel split seconds activated and reset via the band and bow, polished gold hinged case with monogrammed back, dial and movement signed 50mm.
