Case and Movement No.12237, Circa 1870
26-jewel Swiss lever chronograph movement with cut and compensated bimetallic balance, enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and minute track, outer 1/5th second divisions and red Arabic 5 minute markers, subsidiary seconds dial at 6, blued steel spade hands, polished round hinged case with gold cuvette, split second chronograph activation and reset buttons set into the crown and case band at 1, case signed 52mm.
