Full plate gilt brass movement with finely pierced and engraved silver balance bridge and edge, silver regulation, squared baluster pillars, enamel dial with Roman arcaded chapter with outer five minute divisions, gilt hands, silver inner case with outer cast case depicting horses and Neptune at the centre, movement signed 57mm.
