Movement No.1505, London Hallmark for 1760
Gilt full plate English cylinder movement, pierced and engraved balance cock, steel 3-arm balance, silver regulation, squared baluster pillars, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five minute divisions, steel beetle and poker hands and centre seconds, polished silver hinged inner and outer cases stamped GH, with start/stop button in the band, movement signed 52mm.
