Gilt brass full plate pre-balance spring verge movement with early pierced and engraved balance cock, cat-gut fusee, steel balance, gilt brass dial with engraved farming scene to the centre and outer foliate and green man surround, applied oval Roman silver chapter, single steel hand, silver foliate engraved hinged case with foliate and serpentine engraved band, the back with engraved winding shutter, finial lacking, gilt brass bow with engraved putti, movement signed 34mm x 47mm.
