An Egyptian polychrome painted limestone shabti for Huy
New Kingdom, Ramesside Period, circa 1295-1070 B.C.
Painted in red, blue and black, with a striped fillet securing the tripartite wig, wearing a broad collar and carrying two hoes, the front inscribed with six horizontal bands of text for 'Huy', with a column of cross-hatching down the lower back indicating mummy wrappings, 6¼in (16cm) high, mounted
