An Egyptian glass and glazed composition bead necklace
New Kingdom - Late Period, circa 1550-32 B.C.
Composed of yellow glass disc and spherical beads, interspersed with small Late Period blue glazed composition beads in the shape of divine figures, a New Kingdom blue glazed composition floral pendant at the centre, flanked by two Third Intermediate Period turquoise glazed composition beads in the form of a stylised Bes decorated with yellow dots, restrung, 17in (43cm) long
