Two Roman gold intaglio rings
Circa 2nd-3rd Century A.D.
One with a jet intaglio of Aesculapius with a snake, set in a plain gold Roman ring, 9mm length of intaglio; finger size 'G', 19mm diam of hoop; the other a jasper intaglio with a gryllus head, set in a Roman ring with spiral hoop and granulation decorated bezel, 10mm length of intaglio, finger size 'M', 22mm diam of hoop; and a Phoenician gold and agate intaglio ring with a circular bezel bordered with granulation and a wide band, finger size 'K', 21mm diam of hoop (3)
