A Hellenistic brown core-formed glass amphoriskos
Eastern Mediterranean, 2nd-1st Century B.C.
The cylindrical neck and shoulder wound with opaque white and blue marvered spiral threads, the piriform body with undulating and spiral threads, with applied translucent blue handles, the knob base now missing, 5in (13cm) high
