A Meissen teabowl and a Meissen saucer, circa 1735

After Japanese Kakiemon originals, the bowl of fluted shape, the saucer of cinquefoil lobed shape, each with the fliegender Hund or 'Flying Fox' pattern, the teabowl: 7cm high; the saucer: 13.4cm diam, both with crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue (the teabowl restored, minor rubbing to the saucer) (2)
