VALLA, LAURENTIUS. 1406-1457.

Elegantie terminorum. Paris: Denis Roce, c.1506.
4to (200 x 145 mm). a-c6. Gothic type. Large printer's mark on title, full-page woodcut on title verso. Modern red morocco gilt in antique style. Even pale browning, few tiny edge chips.
Provenance: early ownership inscription of Galeocto Barnabe below colophon and a little marginalia.

RARE, not in Adams. Slim edition, not including the compendium. The printer's mark is Roce's third, also used on a work dated 1498 (see Renouard Marques 1005).
