1 volume bound in 3. Folio (309 x 190 mm). Double column. Title printed in red and black. Woodcut headpieces and initials. Period blind-ruled calf, all edges stained blue, fore-edges lettered in manuscript. Pale stain to title, some minor occasional toning or dampstain internally, bindings scuffed at joints and corners.
Provenance: John Evelyn (monogrammed bookplates); Christie's, Mar 15, 1978, lot 992.
