ITALIAN-GERMAN TRAVEL DICTIONARY.

Manuscript Italian-German dictionary. [Italy, c.1720?] 287 pp recto and verso, 8vo, neat cursive hand in brown ink. Period stiff vellum with paper spine. Upper cover stained and scored, small corner stain to front free endpaper.

Attractive manuscript travel dictionary, with entries in Italian and definitions in German and on Italian paper but with a period German ex-libris inscription. The hand becomes increasingly minute as the entries progress.
