Folio (320 x 221 mm). a-z10 &10 >10 Rx10 A-N10 (-N10 ?blank). Double column, gothic type. Title and incipit leaf printed in red and black, title in four-part woodcut border, decorative initials, portrait initial on dedication, printer's device at colophon. Period blind-stamped calf. Lacking N10, a1 re-hinged and with lower margin restored, N9 reinforced at lower margin, some minor dampstain and worming (mostly marginal), scattered other soiling, recased and rubbed, later endpapers.
