2 parts in one volume. 12mo (155 x 90 mm). [6], 78, [2], 296, [4], 174, [2]; [2], 136 pp. Additional engraved title to the second part. Book section priced in manuscript throughout. Period vellum. Lacking additional engraved title to first page, wormtrails at margins, touching text on title and following 8 ll, binding soiled.

INCLUDES 40 LOTS OF DICTIONARIES, several of which are incunabula, and one being Holyoake's 1677 Large Dictionary in Three Parts. De Witt [1662-1701] was a town clerk of Dordrecht. His library also included several library and book auction catalogues. The second part lists de Witt's collection of Roman coins, cameos, inscriptions, and other antiquities. Second issue, the first having a date of October 11 on the title.
